1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the fk111 website at fk111.app and any associated mobile or desktop applications (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the fk111 Platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and fk111 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the Platform. They apply to all services offered by fk111, including but not limited to sports betting, live cricket wagering, online casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, and any promotional or loyalty programme operated by fk111.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity, the English-language version shall prevail. By using the Platform you confirm that you are sufficiently proficient in English to understand these terms without requiring independent translation.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the fk111 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. fk111 operates a strict 18+ only policy. We do not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming activities are not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of a third party or any commercial entity.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or close associate of fk111 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.

fk111 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity documentation from any player at any time. Acceptable identity documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued in Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within five (5) business days of a request may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

fk111 employs age-verification technology and manual review processes. Where automated checks are inconclusive, a senior compliance officer will review the account before any withdrawal is approved. We take our obligations in respect of age restriction seriously and invest continuously in our verification infrastructure.

3 Account Registration & Security

To place bets or play casino games on fk111 you must first register an account via the fk111 Login page. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered to a Bangladeshi mobile financial service (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) or bank account.

You may hold only one (1) registered account on fk111 at any given time. The deliberate creation of multiple accounts — whether to claim multiple welcome bonuses, circumvent a self-exclusion order, or for any other purpose — is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. fk111 will close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any associated balances and bonuses, and may refer the matter to relevant authorities.

Account security responsibilities include:

• Choosing a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available — fk111 strongly recommends all players activate 2FA via their account settings.
• Never sharing your fk111 login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Notifying fk111 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Logging out from your account when using a shared or public device.

fk111 will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat to request your password, full card number, or full bKash PIN. Any communication purporting to be from fk111 that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

fk111 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, except where such losses arise directly from a technical breach of our own platform security.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

fk111 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard (issued by Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank)

Deposits: The minimum single deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction ceilings. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your fk111 account within 30 seconds. Card deposits may take up to five minutes depending on your issuing bank.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to successful identity verification. Standard processing time is under ten (10) minutes for mobile banking withdrawals and up to 24 hours for card withdrawals.

fk111 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal. These checks may include requesting proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. fk111 may withhold a withdrawal for up to five (5) business days while such checks are conducted. All transactions on fk111 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). fk111 does not charge any fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may levy their own transaction charges, for which fk111 accepts no responsibility.

5 Betting Rules & Settlements

fk111 offers sports betting across a wide range of markets, with particular depth in cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and hockey. The following rules apply to all betting activity on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. fk111 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet under any circumstances, except where a market is voided by fk111 in accordance with these Terms.
• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet placement. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager.
• fk111 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect event details, or technical errors in the betting engine.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at fk111's sole discretion. Bets placed immediately before a suspension are subject to review and may be voided if material information was publicly available at the time of placement that was not yet reflected in the odds.
• Match results and statistics used for settlement purposes are sourced from official governing bodies (ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a discrepancy between official sources, fk111's trading team will determine the applicable result at their sole discretion.
• The minimum single bet stake is ৳20. The maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator is ৳5,000,000.

fk111 employs specialist trading and integrity teams who monitor betting patterns for signs of fraud, match-fixing, or abuse of the Platform. fk111 cooperates fully with relevant sporting bodies, including the ICC Anti-Corruption Unit, in investigations relating to match integrity. Any account found to have placed bets in connection with match-fixing or corruption will be immediately closed and reported to the relevant authorities.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

fk111 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and above only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion.
• Unless specified otherwise, wagering contributions towards bonus requirements are as follows: sports bets at minimum odds of 1.5 contribute 100%; casino slots contribute 100%; live casino games contribute 10%; crash games contribute 50%.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your account without notice.
• fk111 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are enrolled in the self-exclusion programme are not eligible for promotional offers during their self-exclusion period.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fk111 Platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended pending investigation, and may have their account permanently closed with all balances and winnings forfeited:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by local law.
• Opening, operating, or being associated with more than one registered account on fk111.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or any automated system to place bets, harvest data, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds in the fk111 system ("bug abuse") for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or collusion with players, officials, or other third parties to gain an unfair betting advantage.
• Laundering funds through the Platform or using fk111 for any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal offence under applicable Bangladeshi or international law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fk111 staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any fk111 software, game, or application.

fk111 cooperates with Bangladeshi law enforcement authorities and international anti-money-laundering bodies. We reserve the right to freeze account funds and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

fk111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age-verification documentation within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account or enrol in the self-exclusion programme.
• Inactivity: accounts with no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. A dormant account fee of ৳100 per calendar month will be deducted from any remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact fk111 support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. We aim to process voluntary closure requests within 24 hours. Any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days, subject to completion of all outstanding wagering requirements.

Players concerned about their gambling behaviour may request a self-exclusion or cooling-off period instead of permanent closure. Self-exclusion options are available for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent. 9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fk111 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive — arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service provided thereon.
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data, except where directly caused by fk111's own negligence or wilful misconduct.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in event data, match statistics, or odds information displayed on the Platform.
• Any delay or failure in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by a third-party payment provider (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard).

fk111's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude fk111's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10 Amendments to These Terms

fk111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, fk111 will notify registered players by email to their registered email address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of the fk111 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 8.
